The practice group administers several thousand IP rights (trademarks and designs), including the coordination of foreign IP rights in more than 185 jurisdictions. It also offers an integrated service on contentious and non-contentious IP, IT and new technology-related issues and advises on M&A and finance transactions with an IP/IT focus. Other core areas are food and drug law, life sciences and unfair competition.
